Local union 2038 is one of hundreds of locals chartered by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers which is headquartered in Washington, DC. The IBEW is divided into eleven disricts covering Canada and the United States. The District 1 office, represents all of Canada and is located in Mississauga, ON under the guidance of International Vice President Bill Daniels.
